What To Write About
Anything about the content of this site is fair game. That includes a price that looks wrong, a duration that does not match a listing, a meeting point description that seems off, a broken comparison, or a tour that appears in the wrong category. Suggestions for tours that are missing from the roster are welcome too, though inclusion is not guaranteed.
Feedback on the pickers and filters also helps. If a question in a picker leads to an answer that seems wrong, say which question and which answer. Concrete reports get fixed faster than vague ones.
What To Include
- The name of the tour exactly as it appears on this site, if your message is about a specific listing.
- The category page you were reading, for example Beer And Wine Tastings or Street Food And Markets.
- What you expected to see and what you saw instead.
- A description of the mistake in your own words, with any correct figure you believe applies.
- The browser and device, only if something displayed badly.
What The Site Cannot Do
This site does not run tours, take payment, process bookings or hold accounts with any tour operator. It is an independent comparison of listings, so several things fall outside what a message here can achieve:
- Reserving a seat, changing a date or cancelling a booking.
- Requesting refunds or chasing a payment.
- Passing a message to a guide or operator.
- Answering questions about a tour's route, food stops or timings beyond what the listing states.
Where To Take Booking Problems
All 30 listings on this site state free cancellation with a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time. That refund is honoured on the listing where you paid, so the platform or operator you booked through is the place to request it. Booking and payment happen on the operator's own listing page, not here, and records of your purchase live there. This site holds no booking data and cannot see your transaction.
The Address
Write to info@berlinfoodtours.org. Please do not send payment details, card numbers or copies of identity documents; nothing here needs them and nothing can be done with them. A plain description of the issue is enough. Messages are read and answered in the order they arrive.
